Welcome to SmartRideAI. By creating an account and using our NFC badges, you agree to the following:

1. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle data you enter. SmartRideAI provides a platform for storytelling and is not a certified vehicle history provider.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to upload offensive imagery or fraudulent vehicle data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misrepresent vehicles or violate community standards.

3. NFC Hardware

The physical FZH badge remains your property upon purchase, but the digital profile service is provided "as-is." SmartRideAI is not liable for any physical damage caused to your vehicle by the application of the badge.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. Here is how we handle your data at SmartRideAI:

1. Data Collection

We collect your name, email address, and vehicle identifiers (VRM/Specs) to create your digital identity. This data is stored securely on our UK-based servers.

2. Public Display

By using the "Public Profile" feature, you understand that anyone who taps your physical NFC badge or accesses your unique URL will be able to view the vehicle specs and photos you have chosen to share.

3. No Third-Party Sales

We do not sell your personal data to insurance companies, marketing firms, or third-party databases. Your data is used strictly to power your SmartRideAI experience.

4. Your Rights (GDPR)

In accordance with UK GDPR, you have the right to request a copy of your data or ask for the permanent deletion of your account and vehicle history at any time via your dashboard.
